KATHMANDU, Jan 24: Zimbabwe Women posted 129 for 6 in their allotted 20 overs after Nepal won the toss and chose to bowl in a crucial Group B encounter of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.



Zimbabwe’s innings saw Kelis Ndlovu make the top score with 52 off 36 balls, while Beloved Biza contributed 34 runs in a competitive total. Riya Sharma and Kabita Kunwar were among the more successful bowlers for Nepal, each claiming important wickets.

Chasing 130, Nepal Women got off to a steady start with openers at the crease, but at the latest update they were navigating the chase after losing early wickets.
