Home Ministry replaces entire APF team assigned for the security of former King Gyanendra Shah on Saturday following Tinkune violence. 

The ruling Nepali Congress (NC) has asserted that former King Gyanendra Shah must take responsibility for the deaths, arson, vandalism and looting that occurred in Tinkune and surrounding areas on Friday. 

According to the Ministry of Finance, the expenditure on capital budgets remains notably low, particularly among major development ministries such as Physical Infrastructure and Urban Development, and the Ministry of Finance itself.

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) last week declined marginally by 6.01 points amid political unrest created by the movement of monarchists and delay in appointment of new governor of Nepal Rastra Bank.

The individuals detained were part of a resettlement program and had moved to the US from Nepal a few years ago. They had been living in the US legally under refugee status.

The accident involved a bus numbered (Ba Pra 03-006 Kha 5681) heading to Hetauda from Chitwan and the jeep numbered (Ba Pra 03-001 Cha 3012) traveling towards Chitwan from Manahari.

A single bench of Justice Abdul Aziz Musalman, which is hearing the writ petition, issued the show cause order.  

BK, who had been staying at his maternal uncle's house in Gulariya, was injured when he climbed onto the tin roof of the house at around 7:35 am while playing.

The meeting, initially set for 11:00 am today, was first postponed to 1:15 pm. However, the meeting could not be held at that time either, and it has now been rescheduled for Sunday.

A curfew has been imposed in the Tinkune area of Kathmandu, following escalating violence during pro-monarchy protests.  The Kathmandu District Administration Office enforced the curfew from Shantinagar Bridge to Manohara River Bridge.
