Arati was found dead by her father in-law at about 8 pm, according to the police. “When we reached the scene, we found another body with slit throat about 100 meters away from Arati´s body,” said Police Inspector Poshraj Pokhrel. “The modus operandi in both the killings looks similar.”
Police have arrested four locals of Harniya-3, suspecting their involvement in the twin murder. “We are investigating the case,” said Pokhrel, adding, “We will be able to give more details only after studying autopsy reports on Thursday.”
