Claiming that it is always recommended to have the moon positioned to the back or the right to travel or perform auspicious activities, Adhikari reasoned that traveling from the western direction is auspicious as then the moon would be positioned in the back during travel.
He wrote, “Today the moon is in Gemini, meaning the moon is in the western direction, and today when traveling from Pokhara to Kathmandu, the moon will be behind. Whenever we travel or do auspicious work, the moon should be in front or on the right. Success can only be achieved by working according to scriptures and the horoscope. Therefore, everyone should make a habit of looking at the horoscope. It is better to travel after having curd.”
