KATHMANDU, Nov 3: The country has a general influence of westerly winds at present. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD), the weather is generally clear in the rest of the country with partly cloudy skies in the hilly parts of the country.
According to the MFD, the weather will be generally clear in the hilly areas of the country while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy on Thursday afternoon. There is a possibility of light rain in one or two places in the hilly areas of Province 1, Bagmati and Gandaki.
