KATHMANDU, April 13: Kuwait narrowly defeated Nepal by 3 runs in the final match of the ongoing four-nation T20I series in Hong Kong.
The match, held at Mong Kok, Hong Kong, saw Kuwait bat first after winning the toss. They posted a total of 174 runs after the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. While chasing the target, Nepal managed to score only 171 runs before being bowled out in 19.3 overs. Despite a thrilling contest that went down to the final over, Kuwait emerged victorious and lifted the trophy with a 3-run win over Nepal.

Nepal came agonizingly close to victory after a crucial 72-run partnership for the ninth wicket between Nandan Yadav and Basir Ahamad. However, requiring just 4 runs off the final four balls, Nepal fell short.
