KATHMANDU, July 19: Nepal Bar Council (NBC) issued a notice to advocate Rudra Prasad Pokharel who offered to bribe a judge at Kathmandu District Court, to furnish clarification.
The audio of Advocate Pokharel offering a bribe to Judge Rajkumar Koirala was released about a month ago.
