SIRAHA, Sept 13: A team of police deployed by the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Thursday arrested Brij Mohan Yadav, the driver of a district judge in Siraha, red-handed while receiving bribe from service seekers.
Yadav is working as the driver of Siraha District Court judge Narnarayan Poudel. Police deployed from CIAA's liaison office in Bardibas of Mahottari, arrested Yadav. Investigators believe driver Yadav might have received the bribe on behalf of the judge promising to settle an unresolved court case.

Driver Yadav was caught red-handed while receiving the bribe, according to CIAA official Hari Prasad Ghimire. The anti-graft body said further investigation into the case is underway.
Yadav is currently in police custody.
