One killed, more than dozen injured in Baglung bus mishap

BAGLUNG, March 20: More than dozen people have been injured in a bus accident in Gargare, Dhorpatan municipality-1, Baglung on early Tuesday.

BAGLUNG, March 20: One killed and more than dozen people have been injured in a bus accident in Gargare, Dhorpatan municipality-1, Baglung on early Tuesday.


The ill-fated bus (Lu 1 Kha 7439) heading to Baglung from Rupandehi skidded some 25 meters down to the river from the road.

One elderly died however her details are yet to be ascertained. Police have identified the injured ones as Kal Bahadur Thapa (Driver), 47 of Palpa, Riptikot-5, Bimal Thapa (Driver’s son) , 21, Kesu Gharti, 19 of Baglung, Tamankhola, Nar Bahadur BK, 50, Jhakas BK, 18 and Durga Bahadur BK, 45 of Dhorpatan Municipality-8, Mustetar Ali, 33 and Yubaraj Khan, 22 of India, Rampur, Ratanpura , Chandramala BK, 15, Subash BK, 22 and Aashika BK,9 of Dhorpatan-8.


They have been taken to Burtibang Primary Health Post said Area Police Office Chief Krishna Rana.
