KATHMANDU, Nov 4: Police arrested a 21-year-old man on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl in Bhaktapur.
The accused has been identified as Santosh Bhujel of Golanjor Rural Municipality-2, Sindhuli. He was arrested by a team from the Thimi Police Circle on Monday afternoon after police received information about the incident.
