JANAKPUR, Aug 3: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gokul Baskota has opined that the media should prioritize the issue of progress, good governance and development.

While inaugurating the Callers FM 102.4 Megahertz here today, Minister Baskota said that the media should be responsible. He further said that the public should get a chance to feel the changes. He said that the psychology of media that it was only for the haves should be ended. Minister Baskota also believed that the positive changes will be witnessed in the future, as the government was increasing welfare advertisement and remuneration to working journalists.
Minister Baskota also said that the government was working on behalf of the people every hour to lead the nation on the way to prosperity.
