RAMPUR (PALPA), Oct 19: Minister of Urban Development Ram Kumari Jhankri has said that she will try to fulfill her responsibilities with sincerity.
Speaking at a press meet organized by the Palpa branch of the Federation of Nepali Journalists on Monday, Minister Jhankri said that she would help safeguard the constitution and act responsibly according to the sentiment and aspirations of the people.

She said that the current government would work against corruption and bad governance in the country. Stating that the current government unveiled a new budget by modifying the budget from the ordinance, Minister Jhankri expressed her commitment to make the work of the ministry effective by coordinating with the local government.
Minister Jhankri, who is also the leader of the CPN (Unified Socialist), said that a party expansion campaign is underway across the country with the participation of the youths. She also said that she had been to the ministry for only three days and had not been able to get further information about the ministry.
Stating that former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had lost a historic opportunity, Minister Jhankri accused Oli of pushing the country to the path of misgovernance.
