After successful conclusion of the local level elections, the Election Commission is now making preparations for the upcoming provincial and parliamentary elections.



With 20 days to go for the upcoming elecitons, the election has not only gripped the politicians but also the EC.

The EC is arranging required poll materialas such as voting stamps, stamp pads among others and checking before sending them to respective districs. 


To be held in two phases - on November 26 and Decmber 7, more than 200,000 civil servants, over 100,000 security personnel, 98,000 temporary police and over 45,000 poll observers will be deployed during the elections.
