KATHMANDU, Dec 11: The Election Commission (EC) has given two days time to correct the list of Members of Parliament (MPs) to be elected under the Proportional Representation (PR) electoral system.

The EC has given Sunday and Monday to make changes in the list of proportional parliamentarians submitted by the parties according to the principle of proportionality and cluster.
On Saturday, the parties submitted the names mentioned in the closed list for the proportional side to the EC. The EC said the list will be recognized only after verification by EC. The EC has said that the verification on the list will start from today.
