KATHMANDU, Mar 1: The World Health Organization (WHO) warns that alcohol endangers health from the very first drop.
“So far, Rs 3.5428796 billion has been spent. Including pending payments, the total expenditure reaches Rs 5.37 billion. We have successfully conducted a cost-effective election,” he said.
