KATHMANDU, July 27: The government on Thursday conducted the first paperless cabinet meeting dispatching agendas electronically. The move was taken in an attempt to discourage the rampant use of paper affecting the environment adversely.

Photos sent from the PM's Office shows all ministers using Macbooks while attending the cabinet meeting. Mackbooks were recently purchased for all ministers and officials working at the PMO.
