Dealing with a fatal disease like cancer definitely requires a lot of precautions. Health experts suggest that as a cancer patient loses appetite, it’s extremely important to eat healthy and also at regular intervals. They also advise eating the healthy and right food before, after and during the treatment.

Here we have listed the right foods that are good for cancer patients.

VEGETABLES THEY SHOULD EAT:

Eat tomatoes, pumpkin, carrots, peas, and turnips. They are loaded with vitamins and fibre. Tomatoes are good for prostate cancer patients. You can also add cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower. These vegetables contain plant chemicals that help in converting bad oestrogen into good oestrogen. This helps in reducing the risk of relapse.
