KATHMANDU, Nov 1: The Election Commission (EC) has reported that about 25 percent of the votes have been cast till 11 am in the ongoing by-election being held in various places across the country.
Nita Pokharel Aryal, the spokesperson for the EC, reported that 25 percent votes have been received as of 11 am. Aryal said that this figure could change as the details are yet to be updated from some places.

Voting has begun from 7 am in various local levels across the country and will be held till 5 pm.
