The meeting, held at the Special Committee secretariat in New Baneshwor on Friday afternoon, decided to concentrate on the formation of consensus government. The leaders agreed that the to-be-formed consensus government would then tackle constitutional and legal hurdles and end the existing deadlock. [break]
