KATHMANDU, Oct 5: Nirdhan Utthan Bank Limited (NUBL) has opened two branch offices at Simikot of Humla and Gamgadhi of Mugu.

Issuing a press release, NUBL -- the microfinance institution -- said that its Simikot branch was inaugurated on September 25 while the branch office at Gamgadhi formally started operation on October 2.
The branch offices aim to serve the poor living in rural areas of the districts, the bank said in a press release.
