LLBSL approves 10 percent bonus shares

KATHMANDU, Jan 11: The fourth annual general meeting of Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LLBSL) has approved a proposal to distribute 10 percent bonus shares and 0.53 percent cash dividend to the microfinance company's shareholders. The microfinance will also issue 1:1 rights shares following adjustment after bonus shares, according to the statement.
