According to Biratnagar Customs Office, not a single vehicle entered Nepal through the entry point on Sunday and Monday.
“Import of goods came to standstill since Saturday afternoon,” Officer Rajendra Dhungana said, “However, vehicles are entering India without any restrictions.”
Source said Indian officials are refusing clearance of cargo vehicles citing security reasons.
