LOS ANGELES, Dec 4: Rapper Kanye West is reportedly living separately from his wife Kim Kardashian and their children.
West was released from the hospital on Wednesday where he had spent ten days after suffering a breakdown.

But instead of going home to his family, according to a source he is staying at a rental house while receiving outpatient treatment.
"He is receiving outpatient care else with a medical team," the source told people.com.
"Kim still seems concerned but is supportive. They don't know for how long Kanye will need outpatient care," the source added.
West was hospitalised in late November after suffering from "exhaustion" and "sleep deprivation".
