At an extensive interaction on 'Necessity of New Force for Resolution of Current Crisis' held at Ghorahi in Dang, Dr Bhattarai said the businesses allowing the people to only subsist should be industrialized and linked with the modern economy to end poverty and unemployment.Dr Bhattarai further stressed on need for a new force with new views for practical economic transformation citing talks of changes had been written copiously on papers.
"We must industrialize the subsistence–based agriculture and businesses and link it with modern economy for which a new force has risen," he said.
Dr Bhattarai said he did not see much difference among the three big parties – Nepali Congress, CPN (UML) and UCPN (Maoist) – and claimed that economic development and transformation would not take place at the initiation of the old parties.
The leader also added that the active participation of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) and the corrupt character of the party leaders had impeded the development process. RSS
