KATHMANDU, July 8: Nepali national cricketer duo Prithu Baskota and Hari Shankar Sahon on Wednesday left for the UK to play for Bristol Bangladeshi Cricket Club, the Easton-based club, which plays Division IV of the North Somerset League.
According to a press release issued by Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) acting general secretary Uttam Karmacharya, Prithu and Hari will spend around two months in the club and will be back on September 1.

CAN is optimistic that their stint with the club will help their personal development and growth as well as the development of cricket in Nepal. Karmacharya informed that CAN will bear two-way air fare of both the players and provide them with pocket money, while the club will provide accommodation during their stay in the UK.
