KATHMANDU, Feb 17: Saroj Rana Praja was announced the winner of dance reality show Rio Chamchami-3 on Wednesday. According to the press statement released by Rio Chamchami-3, Rana Praja received 274,774 SMS votes and won the title along with a Datsun Redi Go car.
