The recommendation includes revoking both leaders' party memberships, with Krishnaraj Subedi facing expulsion and Bhishma Subedi being relieved of all responsibilities. The two leaders, father and son, have been accused of violating party directives by engaging with Rawal.

Krishna Raj Subedi defended his actions, stating that he met Bhim Rawal as a respected leader and criticized the party's decision as arbitrary, saying, "If meeting a leader leads to expulsion, the party is becoming authoritarian."
