NEPALGUNJ, Aug 7: Police have arrested three leaders of outlawed Netra Bikram Chanda-led Nepal Communist Party on Tuesday night.
Deputy Superintendent of Police in District Police Office in Rukum (West) Sumit Khadka told Republica online that district chairperson of All Nepal Free Students’ Union (ANFSU), Pram Prashant Bohora, Rukum (East) and co-coordinator of ANFSU Hari Pun including central committee member Shyam Bahadur Bohora were arrested.
Five including two DSPs injured in road mishap
Acting on a tip-off, a team of police team deployed from District Police Office Rukum West nabbed them from Muru of Triveni rural municipality arrested when they were collecting donations from locals and businesspersons in Tribeni rural municipality and various market areas of neighboring Rolpa and Salyan district.
Police have launched an investigation against the trio, DSP Khadka added.
