SURKHET, Feb 27: Three people were killed this morning in an accident involving a tractor near Kotkhola of Malarani in Surkhet. The District Police Office, Surkhet confirmed the deaths of Phatta Bahadur BK, Shashiram BK and Narayan Khatri of Mehelkuna of Gurvakot-8 in the accident.

A tractor (Bhe 1 Kha 6168) laden with iron roads was heading towards Sahare from Malarani Kharigaira Bazar when it met with an accident, killing the three including the driver on the spot. The accident happened as the driver lost control over the vehicle.
Two people injured in the accident are being treated at the Mehelkuna Hospital.
