Talking briefly to media persons at Biratnagar Friday, Koirala expressed the view that the deadline for promulgating the new constitution would not be extended due to the delineation of the federal state.
Allaying doubts on federalism, she said that she was not satisfied on some issues of the constitution and clarified that the statute could be amended in future if necessary.
Leader Koirala also vented her ire toward the Finance Minister for not allocating the budget for Girija Prasad Koirala Memorial Hospital in Tanahun in the budget for the fiscal year 2015/16.
She further clarified that she would file her candidacy to the post of President of the Nepali Congress if party President Sushil Koirala does not file candidacy to the post for a second term. RSS
