KATHMANDU, Nov 4: Nepal recorded 287 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday along with 518 recoveries and two deaths, according to the latest information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 6,384 tests were conducted on Thursday. Of them, 297 PCR and 69 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the deadly virus. So far, 74,30,305 people have been administered full doses of COVID-19 across the country.

There are currently 9,162 active cases of COVID-19 across Nepal. Of them, 8,233 are in home isolation, 657 in institutional isolation, 215 in ICUs, and 57 on ventilators. Similarly, 118 people are in quarantine.
Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley recorded 137 new cases of COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, 84 were recorded in Kathmandu, 19 in Bhaktapur, and 34 in Lalitpur districts.
