SUNSARI, Sept 18: A man has died in a road accident involving a motorcycle in Itahari Sub-metropolitan City-4.
The deceased has been identified as Anil Rai, 29, from Bhirgaun in Dhankuta Municipality-2. In the accident that took place this morning, Sandip Rai, 26, also from the same area, who was pillion riding was injured in the accident, according to Chandra Bahadur Khadka, Information Officer at the District Police Office.

Anil succumbed to his injuries at Birat Teaching Hospital, where Sandip is currently undergoing treatment. The speeding motorcycle had crashed into a road divider, killing the rider.
