Mohan Baidya rules out possibility of his party's unification with Chand-led NCP

BUTWAL, March 30: General Secretary of Nepal Communist Party (Revolutionary-Maoist) Mohan Baidya on Saturday ruled out possibility of his party's unification with the semi-underground Netra Bikram Chand-led Nepal Communist Party.

BUTWAL, March 30: General Secretary of Nepal Communist Party (Revolutionary-Maoist) Mohan Baidya on Saturday ruled out possibility of his party's unification with the semi-underground Netra Bikram Chand-led Nepal Communist Party.


Speaking at a press meet in Butwal, Baidya said "I don't see any possibility of unification between our party and Chand-led party at present. However, we had discussions about unifying the two parties in the past which could not bear any fruit." Baidya criticized the Oli-led government for putting ban on the activities of Chand-led NCP.
