Khagendra Lamichhane’s ‘Daat Ko Dob’ at Theatre Village

KATHMANDU, Feb 11: 'Daat Ko Dob' is being staged at Theatre Village in Lazimpat on Friday, February 12. The play is directed by actor Khagendra Lamichhane and is co-presented by Tukee Arts and Theatre Village.

The story revolves around the friendship between two young boys. "The play is based on a true story. I had written an article in Nagarik Daily some time ago and I've turned that into this play," Lamichhane explained.The cast of actors for 'Daat Ko Dob' include Anoj Pandey, Prakash Dahal, Binita Thapa Magarm Rajesh Sitoula, Kamal Devkota, Renuka Karki, Dipika Dhakal, Rohit Paudel, Shishir Siwakoti, and Sunu Rai. The cast has been rehearsing the play for a month.

'Daat Ko Dob' will be staged every day, except for Wednesdays, at 5 PM. On Saturdays and Sundays, the play will begin at 1 PM.
