Issuing a statement, the bank said that its 23rd annual general meeting held on Wednesday approved the decision to distribute the dividend to its shareholders.According to the statement, the AGM also approved the proposal to issue 7:1 right shares, which is 14.28 percent of the paid up capital, after issuing 35 percent bonus shares. Presenting the bank's annual report for last fiscal year 2014/15, the bank's chairman Manoj Bahadur Shrestha said that the bank is continuously improving its service because of the trust of the valued customers and creative effort of the management.
