KATHMANDU, March 6: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has taken an early lead in Kathmandu Constituency-9.
Out of 2,244 votes counted so far, RSP candidate Dol Prasad Aryal has secured 434 votes, said Election Officer Menuka Ghimire.

Nanu Bastola of the Nepali Congress (NC) has received 261 votes, while Ajaykranti Shakya of the CPN-UML has secured 152 votes.
Vote counting is currently underway at the Balambu Municipal Building.
