KATHMANDU, Nov 21: Gyanendra Bahadur Shahi, the spokesperson of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), has taken an early lead for a seat in the House of Representatives in Jumla.

When 100 votes were counted, he received 69 votes. Goma Kunwar of CPN (Maoist Center), who is the common candidate of the ruling alliance, has secured 20 votes while Ratannath Yogi of CPN-UML has bagged 7 votes so far.
