KATHMANDU, Oct 8: General Secretary of the CPN-UML, Ishwor Pokhrel, has said that the country would be pushed 20 years back if the UML does not become the largest party in the upcoming election to the Constituent Assembly (CA).

At a program organized by the UML Khadka Bhadrakali Branch Committee here on Tuesday, Pokhrel argued that the country could not get a new constitution on time and transitional period was lengthened as his party was limited to the third power in the country.[break]
