Do not open untrustworthy email attachments:  Email has always been one of the classic means to spread malware. Clicking on random email attachments will release the hidden spyware or virus into your device. Hence, it’s better not to let your curiosity get the best of you.

Do not use easy passwords: Using easy passwords like your name increases the risk of getting hacked.  So create a complex password with the combination of characters and letters to protect your information.

Log out: Simply closing the browser window doesn’t suffice. Always log out of any account you sign into, especially on a public or shared device. Similarly, remember not to ever save your login credentials in the web browser.
