We all have different places we want to see ourselves in. For some, it might be working to save lives in a hospital or scribing stories and happenings of the world to tell people or taking up the stage to entertain people. Whatever it is that we want to do, we will be much happier doing that for a living.
We talk about ‘dream jobs’ on our Facebook page and here are what some of the youth dream of doing.
Oozal Raaz who wants to be an entrepreneur, says, “My dream job is to create jobs for others as an Event Manager. And so far, I’m happy to be an employer to few people.”
Like Raaz, Tulasi Dahal also wants to be an entrepreneur. Although currently working as a software engineer and a lecturer, Dahal expresses that he isn’t satisfied with his occupation. “I want to develop an environment myself, in which I have the freedom to be creative, the way I want to,” he says.
For Bikalpa Kattel, it has been a dream to work for National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). “I have always been interested in science, more specifically, outer space. So, following my interest, my dream job would be to work with the NASA members, researching on outer space.”
Sushant Khanal’s dream job is in the field of literature and arts. “Every day, I dream of becoming a writer,” says Khanal, adding, “As a writer, I will not work under anyone. I will be working for myself. Plus, writing is my passion.”
Life, they say, is too short to be living in anyone else’s dreams and expectations except for your own. Let’s take a step to dare, to dream what we want to do and do what we dream of this year!
