KATHMANDU, Sept 26: The Supreme Court on Tuesday released Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma, the spokesman of the Maoist party led by Netra Bikram Chand, for the fifth time over the past few weeks.
In the past he would be released by the court but immediately detained by the police.

A division bench of justices Anil Kumar Sinha and Tanka Moktan decided to release him and also ordered the home secretary to ensure effective implementation of the court's order.
The apex court had ordered the authorities to release Bishwakarma on August 17, August 23, September 3 and September 14 but he would be detained immediately by police on various charges.
