KATHMANDU, Jan 29: A fire has broken out at Woodland Hotel on Durbar Marg in Kathmandu.

According to the District Police Office, Kathmandu, the fire started at around 10:15 AM. Ramesh Thapa, Chief of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), said that efforts to bring the fire under control are ongoing.
He added that both the police and the fire brigade have been deployed to contain the blaze. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
