Speaking at an interaction organised by Reporters Club, Parsa, on Tuesday, Yadav said the act of taking combatants´ money by commanders, demanding bribe by the minister while allocating the budget, formation of a jumbo cabinet and others justify that the government was the corrupt one in the history.[break]
He said such activities have badly affected the image of the present government in the national and international levels and questioned Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai´s call for ´zero tolerance´ against corruption.
Yadav said there were challenges in the nation to draft the federal democratic constitution and bring the marginalized and Madhesi communities in the mainstream of the State.
The MJF chairman said that bringing marginalized communities in the mainstream of the state was not possible from the current government and stressed forming the national consensus government.
Yadav claimed that Bhattarai-led government has done nothing except recruiting the Maoist combatants into the Nepal Army (NA) in the name of peace process. He also stressed for forming national security policy and make NA an inclusive institution.
He said it was wrong to deliver speeches by surpassing the jurisdiction of the State Restructuring Commission (SRC) by its coordinator.
