GANDAKI, Oct 9: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is also President of Nepali Congress (NC), is scheduled to arrive in Pokhara today to participate in the party's programs as well as attend the Gandaki Province Literate Declaration Ceremony organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science, Technology and Social Development.
The Prime Minister will unveil a pillar of Literate Gandaki Province constructed by the Ministry at the premises of the Regional Museum in Nayabazar of Pokhara Metropolitan City-9.
Rasuwa declared as 43rd literate district
After the program, Deuba is scheduled to participate in the program to exchange best wishes on the occasion of Dashain and Tihar festivals organized by the Pokhara Metropolitan City-17 NC Unit Committee, said NC Kaski Secretary Sudip Mohan Bhattarai.
