The deceased has been identified as Gayeen Tamang, 53, of Thangpalkot VDC-2.[break]
Man Singh Tamang, Bikas Tamang, Kainla Tamang, son of the deceased and 13-year-old grandson of the deceased were injured, according to a local Kumar Basnet.
Gayeen died while undergoing treatment at Jorpati-based Teaching Hospital.
Hornet stung them while they were trying to burn hornet-nest at the neighbouring Thangpaldhap VDC-2 on October 28.
All the injured returned home after receiving treatment in the capital after primary treatment at a local Indrawati Public Service Committee.
