Gold price declines by Rs 500 per tola

KATHMANDU, March 14: Gold price decreased by Rs 500 per tola in the Nepali market on Monday.



According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold has been quoted as Rs 102,300 per tola. The precious yellow metal was traded at Rs 102,800 on Sunday.

Similarly, the price of standard gold has been fixed at Rs 101,800 per tola. It was traded at Rs 102,300 on Sunday


Today, the price of silver also decreased by Rs 10 per tola and stands at Rs 1,415 on Monday.


Gold is being traded at approximately 1,973 dollars per ounce in the international market today.


The federation has been fixing the price of gold and silver in Nepal in line with the transaction prices of the metals in the international market.
