Mahendra Chaudhari, 35, an assistant driver of a passenger bus, Ko 1 Kha 2780, while carrying passengers from Dharan to Halimela, died at 10:55 pm yesterday.
Chaudhari, originally from Morang, Baunne, had been working as an assistant driver for the bus for the last few years. Chaudhari who was admitted at the District Hospital breathed his last while undergoing treatment.
Chaudhari's body has been kept at the district hospital for postmortem. Chudhari's health was deteriorating since last few months, according to the driver.
