Golfers from Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan will take part in the 18-hole par 72 course. Altogether 62 players will compete in the event and cut will be applied after 36 holes. Top 30 players and ties will secure palce for the final round.Similarly, the event shall also feature team event and each country will nominate 2 players and the total score over 36 holes will determine team champions. All visiting countries will have one team and Nepal as a host shall have two teams.
Tanka Karki and Tashi Tshiring, and Prithivi Malla and Shiva Raj Majhi will represent Team Nepal A and B respectively. Tsendra Dorjee and Dechen Ugyan will represent Bhutan while Kabar Hoshain and Mohammad Ripon will represent Bangladesh.
The event is supported by Mountain Sports Federation a body under the aegis of Nepal Sports Council and organized by Nepal Golf Association.
