KATHMANDU, Jan 5: The parliament session was once again adjourned without even beginning its proceeding, following warning from five small political parties and two independent members to picket the rostrum demanding withdrawal of Scholarship Bill, on Sunday. The Parliament Secretariat, in a notice, said the parliament will meet at 3 p.m. on Tuesday. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal was scheduled to address Monday´s parliament session.
