KATHMANDU, Feb 8: Ramkumari Jhakri, former minister and secretary of CPN (Unified Socialist Party), has warned Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) lawmakers not to speak against the constitution and system. She alleged that the RPP was showing a circus 'jatra' by protesting against the constitution inside the parliament.
Speaking at a seminar on ‘Future of Nepali politics and questions on democratic culture’ held in Kathmandu on Wednesday, Secretary Jhakri also warned the RPP not to speak against the constitution and system in order to disappoint the people again.

Secretary Jhakri repeated time and again that the time has come for the big parties to work to change the condition of the people. She said that those parties who went to the government should work in favour and will of the people in a responsible manner.
Secretary Jhakri said, “ I think that we must proceed in a responsible manner. A procession has been seen in Parliament. Poison has been bombed against the system which is against the constitution. This scenario has disappointed people. Change should be resulted in behaviour by not only delivering speeches.”
Secretary Jhakri said that since the system has changed, now all the political parties should make a plan to work in such a way as to change the condition of the people. She also added that it is not possible to make the country prosperous with revenge.
